You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, a good first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Inchtrue Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
